So, I am in love. Basically. This is my new favorite breakfast since Lesley shared it on her blog a few months ago and I FINALLY decided to try it. Here's the recipe prepared to my taste:
1/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 tbs. organic peanut butter
1 tbs. peach preserves
1 tbs. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
sprinkle cinnamon to taste
The yogurt alone gives you almost 10g of protein to start your day and I promise you will stay full until lunch. And by the way, if you're a WW fan, it's 6 points.

ReplyDeleteNot everyone knows this about me, but I'm obsessed with Greek yogurt. Eat it every morning, and it still tastes like dessert for breakfast! :) Love the idea of mixing in shredded coconut. YUM!
